Toni Lindemann is an experienced paralegal who assists attorneys with complex civil litigation, bankruptcy and criminal defense matters in both state and federal courts. Toni’s considerable experience includes labor and employment litigation involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage claims. Additionally, Toni has assisted in a wide range of general civil and criminal cases including wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice, white collar crimes, manslaughter and homicide.
Toni graduated from The University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Policy and Management. She was a member of the women’s volleyball team and recognized as a stand out scholar athlete by being named to the Dean’s List and Athletic Department Honor Rolls. Toni earned her paralegal certificate from the University of California, Irvine.
